LEADERSHIP COACHING

Coaching Approach

Source: Unlearn: Let Go Of Past Success to Achieve Extraordinary Results by Barry O’Reilly

Leadership growth requires behavioral change which is not easy. It necessitates effortful unlearning and relearning—challenging old habits and building new, effective leadership behaviors.

  • Unlearn – Identify and let go of beliefs and habits that no longer serve you.

  • Relearn – Adopt and reinforce new frameworks through practice, feedback, and reflection.

  • Breakthrough – Apply, coach others, and sustain continuous growth.

This is an active process—naming old ways, integrating new ones, practicing relentlessly, seeking feedback, reflecting deeply, and embracing productive struggle. I will support you every step of the way.

Unlearning is the Highest Form of Learning.

Six-Month Leadership Coaching Package

(can be customized to meet your specific needs)

Leadership development is a journey—not a quick fix. Meaningful growth takes time and persistent effort. My coaching is not about one-size-fits-all solutions or quick hacks. Instead, I help you build the tools you need for long-term success—not handing you a fish, but crafting the fishing rod with you.

This process is designed to support deep learning and real transformation in a psychologically safe space, where you can take on challenges without feeling destabilized.

The Six-Step Coaching Process

Meet & Align – We begin with a conversation to align expectations, clarify coaching goals, and set the foundation for our work together.

360 Assessment & Debrief – Gain a clear, comprehensive understanding of your leadership impact. This includes a 30-minute orientation, a formal 360-degree assessment, and a 90-minute debrief session to review your report. Alternatively, this step can be replaced with 3-4 stakeholder interviews for deeper qualitative insights.

Customized Development Plan – We co-create a personalized leadership development plan with defined actions and measurable impact. You take ownership of your growth while I provide accountability and support.

12 Coaching Sessions – Engage in twelve one-on-one coaching sessions over six months (60 minutes each), conducted via Zoom, phone, or in-person as available.

Just-In-Time Coaching – Life doesn’t wait for scheduled sessions. You’ll have access to three additional coaching hours to address urgent challenges or key moments between sessions.

Final Review & Next Steps – In our concluding session, we assess progress, reflect on key takeaways, and explore future development strategies.

Great leadership is a craft of care—let’s master it together.
