Reveal: I “hold up the mirror” to help your team see itself as a system—its strengths, challenges, and underlying dynamics.
Align & Act: With a greater awareness of the system, we shift to align on a shared direction and address roadblocks.
This process moves teams beyond personal differences and conflicts, creating a caring, positive, and generative group identity which supports wellbeing and high performance.
